In an effort to assist sufferers in getting their TMAU Test done as economically and conveniently as possible, MEBO will offer a two-payment option for the MEBO TMAU Test. The first payment must include the round trip shipping charge, and a kit will be shipped to you with instructions. You may use the return shipping label included with your kit to ship your samples to MEBO Headquarters in Miami.

Your samples will be stored in MEBO's Headquarters for up to 3 months until the second payment for the test of $150 is received, at which time, your samples will be shipped to the lab in the following batch.

There will be no additional cost to you
throughout the testing process.

To take advantage of this special financing option, fill out and submit the TMAU Test Requisition Form and send an email to maria.delatorre@meboresearch.org advising that you wish to take advantage of the two-payment option.
