With the internet age, it makes it simple to publish books. You can even publish it solely as an Ebook on the net. For anyone with bloodborne body odor or halitosis, it would be one way, if you wished, to speak to the world and raise awareness. There would also be a possibility of income from sales, although that can't be expected.
Alice Mata and Carry Wilson are 2 authors who have self-published their own books on their body odor issue. Both published using the Ebook and Book options. Alice used Authorhouse and Carry used Dorrance. There must be a lot of these publishers around. Publishing an Ebook alone would seem the easiest option. I assume you can use an author-name rather than your own.
It may be more difficult to get published than I anticipate. Or easier. I will investigate this process further over the weeks and months.
