USA survey for anyone who wants to improve Denver TMAU test

A trainee genetic counselor is working at the Denver TMAU test lab. Probably as part of her training. As a project she wishes feedback on any aspect of the Denver TMAU test and process. You can fill in the survey and/or email her (email address is in survey). It's meant for USA people, but perhaps others can give their view too (as we have so few opportunities).

Another TMAU ebook on Amazon : A Girl's Guide to Managing TMAU

It has been noticed that another ebook about Trimethylaminuria by as TMAU 'sufferer' is available on Amazon, published on Amazon on April 2014. This seems to be the 3rd personal TMAU ebook on Amazon. The other 2 books are listed below in the list.

About becoming on author on Amazon
Anyone can be an author on Amazon. As well as raising awareness of TMAU it could also be a possible way to generate some passive income, possibly from 35% to 70% of the purchase (minus any other costs). It seems that Amazon also take a cost per mb of size of the ebook, so using images apart from the cover are suggested, as images are so big in data size and text is not. Of course the book does not have to be about TMAU, as Karen James has shown by publishing her own fiction ebook on Amazon recently.
