I am a 75 yo asian male with TMAU. Stopping choline consumption has made me very ill so that is not an option. However, have you heard of "Devrom"? It is used as an "internal deodorant"(200 mg bismuth subgallate). I've actually tried it very sparingly because I'm worried about side effects, but it does seem to lessen the odor somewhat. Please let me know any ideas or recommendations available.
