This is the info we have for the urine (phenotype) and blood (DNA) test available to order through a physician from the University of Colorado in Denver. Dr Paul Fennessey works on this campus, but he does not seem to be involved with the new testing labs, but probably had a role in them adding TMAU testing to their catalog. TMAU was first diagnosed by Drs on the campus in 1970, and so has a long history of testing for TMAU.

Last known prices (2012)
The urine test is $250 and the blood (DNA) test is approximately $600.

They require a Doctor to request an order, but it seems TMAU experts are aware the lab is testing and may help to order the test.
