This video was uploaded to YouTube in March and currently is the only upload by the account. It looks to be a 'higher education' standard quick summary of trimethylaminuria (especially the genetic aspect). Perhaps it was done by one or more university students studying genetics. A lot of thought has gone into the video and the summaries of each aspect seem to understand the nuances very well. For instance, most people think of genetic TMAU as an 'all or nothing' genetic problem, but it is actually a percentage game (the more severe the fault, the more likely odor occurring) and even supposed 'carriers' may have 'incidents' at times (due to no 'reserve capacity'). Well done and thank you to whoever the video uploaders were.
