USA survey for anyone who wants to improve Denver TMAU test

A trainee genetic counselor is working at the Denver TMAU test lab. Probably as part of her training. As a project she wishes feedback on any aspect of the Denver TMAU test and process. You can fill in the survey and/or email her (email address is in survey). It's meant for USA people, but perhaps others can give their view too (as we have so few opportunities).

FMO3 variant database

Professors' Phillips & Shephard
A volunteer maintened  FMO3 variant database listing all known variants of the FMO3 gene by a moderator/moderators can be found at this site

FMO3 variant database 

The database is maintained by MEBO Research  Scientific advisors Professors' Elizabeth Shephard and Ian Phillips, as well as Sunil Kumar Veeravalli.

Previously Professors' Shephard & Phillips maintained the database on a UCL London server, as mentioned in this pubmed paper.

Unfortunately that server is no longer functioning and the database is now hosted on a Dutch server that seems to host many voluntary maintained gene variant databases. It is anticipated that this will be the permanent hosting site of the FMO3 database. The database is intended for medical professionals.

Professor Shephard says a new paper in a medical journal about the new hosting site of the database is imminent.
