USA survey for anyone who wants to improve Denver TMAU test

A trainee genetic counselor is working at the Denver TMAU test lab. Probably as part of her training. As a project she wishes feedback on any aspect of the Denver TMAU test and process. You can fill in the survey and/or email her (email address is in survey). It's meant for USA people, but perhaps others can give their view too (as we have so few opportunities).

UK Sheffield TMAU urine test service UPDATE

Karen, MEBO PR Director, has posted this on the rareconnect TMAU forum regarding the current suspension of the Sheffield Children's Hospital TMAU phenotype/urine test service.

1. Referrals and consultations should still be going ahead as normal
2. The urine samples can still be collected and stored, either by the GP or the consultant.
3. Patients can still request genetic testing - this is unaffected.
4. Request that your sample be sent to the lab in the Netherlands by the NHS practitioner.
5. Ask the GP for your entitlement to at least 6 sessions of counselling to deal with the added stress of not having your sample tested!
