While the world has been going through the COVID19 pandemic requiring a great deal of social distancing, quarantine, and isolation, to many sufferers it may not be such a new situation, though possibly much more intense. Social isolation and frequent social bombardments of insults and rejection have already been a lifestyle for persons affected with this condition.
Perhaps this is just the opportunity to take a good look at this situation and to chose to take steps to best cope with it in an effort to enrich one's life. Our MEBO Mental Health Director, Crissan, has provided us with practical tips on how to begin breaking the patterns of isolation and loneliness. There are measures to take that can help enrich our lives.
