Base-editing will 'cure' FMO3 smells ?

Base-editing is where they correct the variant in a gene.

It will likely 'cure' FMO3 variants, which is the type most FMO3 People probably have.

Maybe 95% of FMO3 people will have variants, rather than say 'deletions' etc.

Around 2018 a few people with rare disorders did start getting gene therapy as a sort of trial.
